<EXCHANGE

Refund or exchanges are not offered on sale items. If you have any questions about materials and sizing please email us before placing your order.

Customers are responsible for shipping and handling charges for any exchanges but we send out the replacement item, free of charge.

RINGS, NECKLACES AND BRACELETS

If you need to exchange your item for another size we will send you a replacement with the correct size of the same design. If the item is sold out we offer an exchange with a similar price item.

EARRINGS

Earrings cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.

FOLLOW THESE STEPS:

Email us at hey@shopsenja.com quoting your order number, the reason for the exchange and what size/item you’d like instead.

  • Ship the item back within 7 days from the date received, unworn items in original packaging.
  • Once the returned products have arrived, we will begin the exchange/replacement process to you within 24 hours.

FAULTY ITEMS

Whilst we hope this never happens, we hardly ever miss a sneaky manufacturing fault slipping through our strict quality control as we check our products by hand before shipping them to you.

If we did, please contact us immediately and we will happily replace it. Email us at hey@shopsenja.com and attach a photo of the faulty, unworn, item received within 7 days of the tracking marked as delivered.

Item(s) must be returned in unworn condition, in their original packaging within 7 days from the date received. Once the returned products have arrived, we will inspect them and process the exchange to you within 24 hours.

Senja will bear the return shipping costs. Customers will initially be responsible for shipping and handling charges for any faulty products. However, the shipping amount will be refunded to your account once the product has been received and assessed.

Please ensure you provide a delivery receipt with any charges to ensure your shipping refund can be processed.
